The entire Dubai will be turning to run track on november 27. The Dubai fitness challenge will be organizing a Dubai run in the whole city for both visitors and residents. Dubai run is presented by Mai Dubai, sponsored by Fitbit and Cigna.

The whole event will be designed with a personalized run track spread all over the city, irrespective of age, fitness level, thus creating enthusiasm among the participants and encouraging them to grab this opportunity. They will also provide an opportunity to join the flagship fitness movement launched by highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai.

Teenagers, young adults, aged, family residents are invited to showcase their talent with Dubai, irrespective of whether it is far, fastest, or farthest.

Participants can run, walk, or jog according to their comfort zone with preferred location, starting point, distance, and time with family and friends. The route can be chosen any route near the neighborhood that is from Jebel Ali to Jumeirah, and Downtown to Dubai Creek.

For the ease of routine runners and first-time runners, DFC has organized six 28- day training programs. The program has been specially assisted with trained professional athletes and coaches some of them include, Tania Lolla Kaddoura, Manal Rostom, etc.

The Dubai run website provides an expert for preparing for the run. The training program includes a step by step guide related to fitness at all levels regardless of the fact whether one starts the journey from 2km or from  10 km.

This fourth edition of the Dubai run, will create a sense of fitness and strengthen the physical fitness among the people by committing 30 minutes of activity for 30 days.

A training program is a great option for those who are starting from scratch, building their confidence and helping them to create a sense of responsibility as an individual to give their best in this biggest event.

The program aims to motivate people in the scenario of physical fitness and thus creating a sense of responsibility in each individual to maintain a healthy lifestyle and inculcation at least some time for physical fitness.
