Chinese mobile manufacturing company Vivo has started rolling out the latest software for Android – Android 11 for its Vivo V20 Pro. After announcing the phone a few days ago in India, it started rolling out the latest update within a few days after the announcement. Weighing 3.6 GB in size, the latest android update for Android 11 Vivo V20 Pro 5Gcomes with the built number PD2020F_EX_A_6.70.8. The android update will also be bringing the latest security patch for November 2020. The latest model released by Vivo runs on the Android 10 operating system Out of the Box (OTB). The latest update will be an interesting one as it will be bringing a host of alluring features that are bound to mesmerize the users. With the latest rolling in, the users of Vivo V20 Pro will be able to review the various previously received notifications, pin corresponding notifications at the top of the notification bar via priority chat function and the chat bubble function where the users will be able to see a floating bubble on the screen and can enter the conversation by tapping on the bubble. The latest update will also bring features like a pre-installed screen recorder, one-time permission to applications, better media controller, native smart home controller, security fixes through Google Play, and much more. The update aims to enhance the performance of the device and increase the stability of the system. The latest update will also allow you to customize settings to choose the form of notifications. 

Along with the other instructions, Google has cautioned of a rise in the average temperature of the phone for a short period during the upgrading process but will return to normal post-up-gradation of the operating system of the phone.

Vivo recently launched Vivo V20 Pro 5G in India. It is a mid-range phone with strong specs. The handset comes with a Full HD+ display with a screen size of 6.44 inches when measured diagonally. It has a 20:9 aspect ratio and the resolution display is 1080×2400 pixels. It is fueled by Snapdragon 765G SoC and comes with a dual selfie camera for extra bright and extra sharp images. It has a set of three rear cameras with the main lens of 64 megapixels, a secondary sensor of 8 megapixels, and a monochrome sensor of 2 megapixels. In the dual front camera setup, the primary sensor is 44 megapixels and the monochrome sensor is 2 megapixels. It has a battery of 4000 mAh on board. It comes in just one variant – 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model. It is also equipped with an in-display fingerprint scanner. The model supports 33W FlashCharge fast charging. It also comes with basic connectivity options like 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth v5.1, dual-band Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS/ NavIC, and a USB port of C-type. The model comes in three hues – Charcoal (Midnight Jazz), Ivory (Moonlight Sonata), and Sunset Melody.
